Refund policy

Because all DTF transfers are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on correctly printed products.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a printing error or a defect caused by us, we will remake or refund the affected portion of your order.

Eligible for Remake/Refund

You may qualify for a remake or refund if your transfer arrives with:

  • Incorrect size, design, or colors not matching the file submitted

  • Printing defects (banding, missing ink, smudging, major streaking)

  • Damage that occurred in shipping

  • Wrong item sent

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video of the issue before any resolution can be processed.

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

We are unable to refund or remake orders for:

  • User-submitted artwork errors (low resolution, misspellings, wrong dimensions)

  • Pressing errors (wrong time/temp/pressure)

  • Color variation due to viewing differences between monitors and prints

  • Normal wear after pressing or washing

  • Orders delayed due to shipping carrier issues

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.

How to File a Claim

Email orders@eastcoastdtf.us within 7 days with:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos/video of the issue

  3. Short description of the problem

We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
