DTF Gang Sheet
Our 22-inch wide hot peel DTF gang sheets give you the flexibility to print exactly what you need—whether it’s one design or a full sheet packed with logos, graphics, and artwork. You decide how long your sheet will be, and the price is calculated by the linear inch. The price per inch is listed in the infographic above.
This means you’re only paying for the space you need. For example, if you order 36 inches, you’ll receive a 22" x 36" roll of film at $28.80. The more you order, the more you save!

Pressing Instructions
Our transfers are designed for fast, efficient production with a hot peel release. Follow these guidelines for the best results:
Press Settings
- Pressure: Medium to Medium-High
- Peel: Hot Peel (peel immediately after the first press)
For 100% Cotton
- Temperature: 295°F
- Press for 8 seconds, peel hot, then re-press for 8 seconds.
For 100% Polyester or Blends
- Temperature: 290°F
- Same timer settings as cotton.
Tips for Best Results
- Always pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Use a protective sheet for the second press to lock in durability.
- Store transfers in a cool, dry place until ready to press.
Need More Than 360 inches?
Due to the nature of our gang sheet builder, we can only create gang sheets that are 360" long. If you need a larger sheet, contact us at orders@eastcoastdtf.us with how many inches you need to order.
We will email back with a custom invoice and a link where you can upload your graphics.

All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship same day with no additional charge.
All orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship next business day.
