Shipping Policy — East Coast DTF

All DTF transfers are printed to order. We typically ship within 1–2 business days after your order is submitted. Production time may vary during peak seasons.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS. Available options and rates will be shown at checkout.

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, transit time is controlled by that carrier and may vary based on location and service selected.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays

East Coast DTF is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Weather or carrier-related delays

  • Customs or transit disruptions once the order is in carrier possession

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery/issues

  • Provide your order number and photos if damaged
    We will work with the carrier and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Address Errors

If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned or lost, any reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available for your order, you will receive an email with instructions when it is ready.
